The clients shall submit all reservation to

Room policy
- All Rates are inclusive of VAT, Service
Charge, and American Breakfast
- Hotel reserved the right to change
any Rates anytime without prior notice
- Check-in Time : 14.00 hrs
- Check-out Time : 12.00 noon
- Baggage handling inside the hotel was
already included in the rate
- Late Check-Out is subject to room
availability on the date of departure.
- Late Check-Out between 13.00-16.00hrs
will be charged at 50% of full daily rate.
- Late Check-Out after 16.00hrs will be
charged at full daily rate unless approved
by the hotel
in written notice
- Extra bed will be charged at Baht
500-nett/night incl. Breakfast
- Additional charge for extra person at
Baht 350 net (No ABF)
- Major credit cards accept: Visa Card &
Master Card
Children Policy
FREE for Child under 12 years old who share
a room with their parents without extra bed
(maximum 1 child per room)
Term of Payment
F.I.T. Booking
All bookings are require to make a minimum
of one night deposit in order to secure the
room.
Group Booking
A deposit of 50% from total rooms charged is
required 15 - 30 days prior to arrival or
option date in order to Confirm the booking.
Balance due can be settle either by cash or
credit card upon arrival when checking-in.
Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid no-show billing,
cancellation should be made 72 hours before
date of arrival.
A written notice of cancellation must be
made and received by the hotel at least 48
hours in advance to the guest's arrival
schedule.
No Show Charge, 1st night of room and meal
will be charged.
