• How do I reserve and book a room?
  1^st choice: you can make a reservation through www.directonlinereservation.com by follow the below step;
  

  • - Select a hotel from our hotels list.
  • - Input your check-in and check-out date. (In case of you have a promotion code you may also put the promotion code in the "promotion code box" to get a special discount).
  • - Look up the rates for the number of rooms of each type (Single, Twin, Double) which apply for the period of your stay. These will be the best rates you'll find. Then select a number of rooms. The pages and forms are self-explanatory and easy-to-use.
  • - Submit basic contact information (Name, Email and Phone Number). You will receive a detailed confirmation of your booking via Email.
  • - After input your credit card detail please click "Continue" botton to complete your payment.

• What is meant by "Room On Request and Room Availability"?

  • The "Room On Request" means that your selected room status on your check-in and check-out period is not enough room or unavailable, however you still can process reservation with input your personal detail and click on button "Send Request". Once we receive your request we will contact to hotel and re-check room availability and will be confirmed by email to you within 1 business day.
  • The "Room Availability" means your selected room status is available you can process reservation and make payment.
• Can I make a reservation without credit card?
  • You have the option to book a hotel using someone else's credit card provided you have that person's permission. In this case, when making your reservation please note the card holder's name and confirm that you have permission to use their card in the "Special Requests" box.
  • In case of you do not have a credit card or inconvenience to pay with credit card you can also make payment by bank transfer.   • You can include several rooms in one booking, depending on the online availability of the corresponding rooms in each hotel. • How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
  • As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows status "Booking Complete" including the booking number, so you just click on "Click Here" to view booking details. We also send you a confirmation email with all your booking information.

  
  
• What should I do if I don't receive email confirmation of my booking?
  • If you don't receive email confirmation please contact us by e-mail to reservation@hotelsawasdee.com, info@hotelsawasdee.com, edp@hotelsawasdee.com or by telephone on +66 (0) 82554-7104, +66 (0) 83842-6043, +66 (0) 85833-7883 with your booking confirmation number. If you cannot find your booking confirmation number you can provide us with your name and arrival date along with the hotel name and will be able to resend your booking confirmation email to you.

Amendment & Cancellation

• I need to change my booking since my travel plans have changed. What should I do?
  • You can change your check-in and check-out period by send email to reservation@hotelsawasdee.com,info@hotelsawasdee.com, edp@hotelsawasdee.com with your booking confirmation number and your new check-in or check out period.

  
  
• My arrival time has changed at the last minute. What should I do?
  • Please inform us or hotel immediately using the contact details in your reservation confirmation. You can also find the hotel's contact details online under your reservation overview, which can be reached from the "My Bookings" menu item on the homepage.
• How can I cancel my reservation?
  • Please note that only cancellations made before the cancellation deadline are free of charge. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, or no cancellation is made at all, the cancellations fee will be applied. To cancel your reservation please send us your booking details by email to reservation@hotelsawasdee.com, info@hotelsawasdee.com, edp@hotelsawasdee.com
• Can I find the cancellation conditions at directonlinereservation.com?
  • The cancellation conditions are determined by each hotel and can also vary between bookings made at the same hotel. Therefore we cannot issue general conditions. You should decide before booking whether the cancellation conditions suit your needs. This decision is of particular relevance to the cancellation of rates that cannot be made free of charge. The cancellation conditions will be displayed in the 1st step on the booking page. In addition, you can find the conditions in the reservation confirmation which you will received by email after making the booking.

Arrival & Departure

• By what time should I arrive at the hotel?
  • Please keep to the arrival time specified in the booking dialog, or the time you entered in the case of a late arrival. Otherwise your hotel may reallocate the room(s) you have booked, or you may be charged additional fees. Where the hotel has mentioned special opening times we would ask you to fit your time of arrival to these times.
• How can I find a hotel's check-in/check-out times?
  • Check-in/check-out times differ for each hotel. You can find a specific hotel's check-in/check-out times in the "Hotel Policies" section at the bottom of the hotel's page.

Rates & Offers

• Why do the prices differ by day or from the last time I checked the website?
  • Directonlinereservation.com is all about getting our customers a great room at a great rate. Hotels will vary their prices depending on how busy they are, which can mean hotels will offer different rates for different dates. Because the hotels have complete control over the rates and availability they offer, prices can fluctuate at anytime, even right up to the moment of your stay. However, the price you have booked is always the price you will pay.

  • All rates advertised on Directonlinereservation.com are per room per night.
• Is there a fee for using the service provided by directonlinereservation.com?
  • We offer the directonlinereservation.com free of charge.
• How can I see how much is a hotel room cost?
  • Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types.
• What currency will I have to pay in?
  • The currency which you make payment will be calculated in Thai Baht.

Personal Data

• Do I have to register with directonlinereservation.com?
  • As soon as you have decided on a hotel you can process to the booking step by login to our system without input any personal details again.

  
  
• Why must I as a customer at directonlinereservation.com enter personal data?
  • This data is needed so that it can be forwarded to the hotel you have booked. A booking that contains incomplete or erroneous information may be refused by the hotel. We recommend that you enter your mobile telephone number in case queries arise at short notice.

Credit card details & Payment

• Do you need my credit card details at the time I make a reservation?
  • Yes. However, only for Instant Confirmation your card will be charged at the time of reservation. For On Request hotels, your card will be charged only if and after booking is confirmed.

  
  
• I already gave you all the information needed, but my Credit Card still not approved.
  • Your Credit Card may not go through if
    1. Your key in the wrong number or info.
    2. Your Credit Card is actually a Debit Card but not Credit Card.
    3. Your Credit Card might have a restriction to use it online or oversea.
    3. You forgot to key in the Security Code at the back of the Credit Card.
    4. Your Credit Card was expired.
    5. Your Credit Card might have not enough Credit.

  • We prefer Visa Card and Master Card.

  
  
• Do you charge a credit card fee?
